  • Additional signers same doc $1.00 per signature.
  • Mobile fee Starts at $25.00 within a 15 mile radius of 76541. Please call to get a quote 254-294-7719.
  • Mobile/ Urgent last minute  Notary after hours start at $75.00.
  • Real Estate Notarization Price  is determined on type of Loan Package. Please Schedule using booking link below.
  • Wills/Power Attorney / Medical Directives  / QuickDeed/ $10.00 (Mobile fees start at $25.00).
  • Remote on line notarization(RON) start at $25.00 plus stamp fees. (Does not include witness/fee)
  • Estate Planning requires a  $50.00 deposit plus a free consultation click the link below.
  • Apostille services at $150.00 does not include expedited service and or courier  fees. Turn around time differs from state to federal Apostille services. Please follow links below to book.
